Drilling & Workover Business System Analyst

Saudi Aramco are seeking a Drilling & Workover (D&WO) Business and System Analyst to join the Data Management & Analysis Division of the Drilling Technical Department.
The Data Management & Analysis Division is responsible for providing data management services and software development for D&WO. Services include coordinating software development and enhancement projects with the Petroleum Engineering Application Support Organization on behalf of D&WO business users.
The D&WO Business and System Analyst primary role is to plan for D&WO software development and coordinate specific projects between D&WO business teams, and the Petroleum Engineering Application Support Organization. Identifying data quality measures, gaps, and fixes will be part of your scope. Minimum Requirements As a successful candidate you will hold a Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Geoscience. An advanced degree is preferred.
You will have 10 years' experience in software development and data management, including at least 5 years' experience in Oil and Gas application development and support. Duties & Responsibilities You will be required to perform the following:
Identify, collect, and document business requirements for software from D&WO personnel.
Assess D&WO requests for developing / enhancing software.
Extract and identify the required software functionalities based on business requirements.
Develop project plans for software development projects, and coordinate the projects with the Petroleum Engineering Application Support Organization.
Perform expert user testing on newly developed software to meet expectations from the business, and assure full coverage of any requirements.
Provide training and support to software end users.
Define data quality measures to be applied on D&WO data.
Assesses data quality and produce reports to identify bad quality data, and data integrity gaps.
Deliver robust business plans based on financial and operational targets.
Assess the resources which are required (such as rigs, operating expenses and capital expenditures) to accomplish the planned targets.
Measure, report, and assist in the management of the operational and financial performance to support the delivery of optimum business performance. Auto req ID 16914BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
